An ASI-V automatic sample injector with a TOC-V provides a fully automatic analysis system with enhanced features, convenience and easier operation. Three sample vial capacities are available (24mL x 93, 40mL x 68 or 125mL x 24), all with easily replaced, sealed septa in screw caps. The sampling needle is optimised for sample extraction from tightly-sealed vials and for sparging, with both internal and external rinses.

Combining the ASI-V automatic sample injector with a TOC-V Series analyzer (except TOC-VE) creates a fully automatic analysis system.

  • 125 mL vials x 24 (only for TOC-V WS/WP)
• NPOC-method (IC-removal by acidification and sparging) can be done in the autosamper. (If the external sparging kit is used)
• Creating multiple calibration curves and selecting the optimal curve for samples with significantly differing concentrations allows these samples to be analyzed in a single run.
