How to book on a scheduled course at Shimadzu UK

Shimadzu’s published training course schedules and
select an appropriate course for your candidate’s needs.
To ensure the best possible results and to avoid disappointment,
please ensure that your selected candidate meets Shimadzu’s
stated minimum course prerequisites as defined in the course
literature.

or by email to training@shimadzu.co.uk to check for the
availability of a place (or places) on the course that you
wish to attend.
Book online, fax or post your completed registration form
to Shimadzu UK on 01908 552211. Please ensure that you
include a purchase order number on your registration form.
We will confirm your booking by email as soon as possible.
A location map for your Shimadzu course venue and course
timetable are available on request.
Course fees
The prices and schedule details are
correct at the time of going to press. Please check the
latest prices and details before booking a course.
Courses
at Shimadzu - One Day Courses - £350 per delegate
The fees quoted above exclude VAT and accommodation. Shimadzu
may be able to arrange accommodation on your behalf.
You may use the Registration Form to request accommodation
if required. Please be aware that course attendees are
responsible for settling their own hotel accounts on
departure. Accommodation details will be forwarded with your
registration acknowledgement. (Discounts for multiple attendees
from one company are negotiable with the Service Manager).
Payment
Invoices will be prepared and sent to your company
on completion of the course. Shimadzu’s
standard terms and conditions of sale apply. We are
pleased to accept payment by Cheque, Credit card (MasterCard
or Visa) or by BACS payment.
Cancellation
If it is necessary
to cancel attendance of a course after the booking
has been confirmed, Shimadzu reserves the right to
make the following charges:
- Less than 14 days notice of
cancellation 30% of course fee
- Less than 2 working days
notice of cancellation 100% of course fee
There is no additional charge for substituting
a different delegate provided you inform us
at least 2 working days before the course starts. Shimadzu
reserve the right to cancel courses at short notice due to
illness or for reasons beyond the control of Shimadzu.
