AOC-20i

The AOC-20i tower injector provides automation, reproducibility and reliability for any Shimadzu GC system. With injection volumes from 0.1µl to a massive 18ml, an aluminium die-cast frame, needle guide and a unique injection sequence, the AOC-20i fulfils all the requirements of robust, unattended operation, accuracy and precision required from a modern GC autosampler.

Exact and Productive

The AOC-20 autosampler system is designed for optimal GC injection of liquid samples in every laboratory. Depending upon the requirements, the system can be set up for 6, 12 or 150 samples. In addition to the classical GC injection modes, the autoinjector also features on-column injection and large-volume injection with multiple injection. Parameters can be adjusted optimally to the particular injection mode and sample. AOC-20 operation is controlled via the software or else directly via the keyboard of the GC-2010. Dual Tower system for support of two injection ports available.

As the autoinjector is self-adjusting it can be easily and quickly removed from the GC for routine maintenance. A newly designed syringe holder with needle guide prevents bending of the syringe needle. The AOC-20 is compatible with Shimadzu´s GC-2010 and GC-2014 gas chromatographs and GCMS systems GCMS-QP2010 and GCMS-QP2010S as well as with the previous models GC-14, GC-17, QP-5000 and QP-5050A.
