RF-10AXL Fluorescence Detector
The RF-10AXL is based on a further development of the well known RF-551 and RF-10A. Improved signal to noise ratio (>300) for the RAMAN Peak and extended wavelength reproducibility are the main features of this instrument. For better performance the signal processing in the instrument has been improved.

New designed flow cell stand for better pressure resistance and minimise noise due to air bubbles. For safety of the system a leak sensor protect for solvent leaks.

The RF-10AXL supports several validation features (e.g. lamp energy test, counter functions and internal wavelength check) for work under strong GLP / GMP guidelines.

RID-10A Refractive Index Detector
The refractive index detector RID-10A is designed for both, analytical and preparative applications. In standard mode, flow rates up to 20 mL/min can be used. For higher flow rates a flow selection block shall be installed. The RID-10A offers short warm-up time up to baseline stability based on an improved temperature control system of the flow cell.

ELSD-LT II Evaporative Light Scattering Detector
This universal detector is applicable for various applications fields, such as drug development, combinatorial chemistry or food analysis. Solvents not interacting for the detection of the compounds as they are removed beforehand, that means that beside waters all organic solvents and mixtures of both can be used, not restricted by their UV transmission. Use is isocratic or gradient mode is possible. The ELSD-LT II allows a low evaporative temperature (below 80 °C) , therefore also temperature sensitive or volatile samples can be analysed with high sensitivity. The design of the flow cell guarantees a peak width, which is comparable to conventional UV detection. Nebulisers for the detector can be selected according to the application and flow range

CDD-10AVP Conductivity Detector
The CDD-10AVP is a conductivity detector used in non-suppressor type ion chromatographs or organic acid analysis systems. It has been developed for use as a detector for the LC-10AVP series. It comes equipped with VP functionality. Low noise, low drift and wide dynamic range assure proven performance of the Shimadzu VP series HPLC. Data acquired by the CDD-10Avp is transferred to the SCL system controller via an optical fibre interface and are digitally processed by workstation. By adding the optional cell (dual kit NS), a low-cost and compact non-suppressor type dual ion chromatograph, which detects anions and cations simultaneously, can be made. There are no restrictions when choosing mobile phase conditions, no worrying about competing ions or pH. Selection and adjustment of conditions can be made on a sample or analyte basis. The high degree of versatility of this non-suppressed system allows the analysis of various ions without peak broadening outside the column.
