TOC-V Series
TOC-V CSH - TOC-V CSN - TOC-V CPH - TOC-V CPN
The TOC-systems TOC-V CSH/CSN and TOC-V CPH/CPN uses the combustion catalytic oxidation and NDIR Method. The 680 °C combustion catalytic oxidation method, that was developed by Shimadzu and subsequently spread around the world, can efficiently analyze all organic compounds.
*Integrated sample preparation reduces workload
*Device carry out acidification, dilution and sparging
*Internal dilution function to create multi-point calibration curbes
*Extended working range up to 20000 mg/L
*High sensitivity catalyst for ultra pure water application
*Operation of the TOC-V CSH/CSN stand-alone version via the large integrated control panel display
- Measurement conditions can stored as method in different method groups
- Multi-point calibration up to 10 points
- Results of 200 samples can be stored
*TOC-Control V Software runs the TOC-V CPH/CPN, PC-Version
*Can be upgraded with
- OCT-1 and ASI-V for automation
- TNM-1 for simultaneous TOC and TN measurement
- SSM-5000A for solid samples (suspensions, sludge or swabs)
TOC-VWP-TOC-VWS
The TOC-VWS and TOC-VWP systems carry out TOC analysis according to wet chemical oxidation. This is a powerful oxidation technique using combination of sodium persulfate and UV-Oxidation at 80°C.
*Automatic reagent preparation mode
*Large injection volumes (up to 20,4ml)
*Excellent reproducibilies in the ppb range, up to the ultra-trace level
*Extremely low detection limit of 0,5µg/L
*Operation of the TOC-VWS stand-alone version via the large integrated control panel display
-Measurement conditions can stored as method in different method groups
-Multi-point calibration up to 10 points
-Results of 200 samples can be stored
*TOC-Control V Software runs the TOC-VWP, PC-Version
*Can be upgraded with
-OCT-1 and ASI-V for automation
-SSM-5000A for solid samples (swabs)
TNM-1 Module
Combining the TNM-1 with a TOC-V Series analyzer (except TOC-VWS/WP) creates a TOC/TN simultaneous analysis system
*Combustion tube and oxidation catalyst are shared with TOC analysis, such that maintenance is identical to dedicated TOC use
*Chemiluminescence-Detection (according to EN 12260)
*Measurements over a wide range up to 4000 mg/L
*Maintenance is simple as no oxidant or other reagent is required
*Good recovery rate for the common nitrogen compounds independent of the used calibration standard
