“Throughout the whole installation of the HPLC (existing system from Dartford site) the engineer kept us up to date on his progress. A couple of minor issues occurred during the installation. These were addressed quickly and we were kept informed every step of the way. The engineer was friendly and competent. As we requested an IQOQ to be performed on the system, this was done professionally and all documentation was completed to standard. The training followed with the software specialist. The explanation of the software/HPLC hardware and problem solving were done. Friendly,
useful and effective advice was given throughout the whole training session. It was good to work with the Shimadzu team as they know their subject very well and are always willing to help.”

“I wanted to give you some feedback on my interaction with your engineer today. We developed a problem with our Prominence low pressure gradient unit over night as I could only get flow in inlets B-D, but not A, our main inlet line for phosphate buffer. I am fairly familiar with the system after changing piston heads and hooking the HPLC up to Wyatt detectors etc. I couldn’t resolve the problem and our site manager suggested I speak to your service specialist. Your engineer was very good at gauging the situation. We had a very good exchange of information, i.e. what had I already done and what he would suggest etc. At the end, I followed his suggestions and descriptions to the point in my own time and resolved the problem in about 1/2 hr. This has saved us/me time and money.”
