PsiPort is a web based software package that supports the scheduling,
running and data review processes for both mass directed Autopurification
(MDAP) and analytical open access. Control of the system and
review of data is available to any authorised user via Internet
Explorer and a network or remote connection.
MDAP version highlights
- Complete setup of all instrumentation parameters in friendly
web based environment.
- Full propriety driver support for external devices, such as
a Gilson 215 or active splitter.
- View and track fractions collected, with UV/PDA spectra and
automated mass confirmation.
Direct Access version highlights
- Simple guided interface for users (both remote and local).
- Status page for on-line schedule information.
- Remote viewing of results, no need for the user to interface
with the mass spectrometer control software.
