■ Platinum & Platinum Plus

For a single annual payment, all charges for routine preventative maintenance, emergency intervention repairs as well as all service parts and travel expenses are covered by this plan (excluding consumable parts fitted during visits - these will, however, benefit from a 7.5% discount). Platinum and Platinum Plus maintenance plans assure complete peace of mind for our analytical equipment users.

■ Gold & Gold Plus

Our Gold and Gold Plus maintenance plans are prepayment plans and will suit customers who require a fixed commitment with respect to labour and travel charges forboth routine maintenance visits and for emergency callout visits. All service parts usedduring preventative maintenance or emergency breakdown visits and all consumablesare invoiced separately after each visit.

■ Silver & Silver Plus

Silver and Silver Plus maintenance plans are prepayment plans and offer onepreventative maintenance visit per year. Both Silver plans exclude emergencybreakdown labour and travel cover, however, emergency breakdown labour charges arediscounted by 35%. Service parts and consumables used during preventativemaintenance or emergency breakdown visits are not included.
